Acai bowls are a super easy way to have some fun with food, whether it’s for breakfast,  dessert, or a summer snack. Here are four easy recipes to switch it up. When it comes to building your own though, there are no rules! Just throw in an acai smoothie pack, some frozen fruit or banana to hold it together, and a bit of liquid of your choice in your blender, mix, pour, and top with whatever you please.

BOOST BOWL

1 frozen acai smoothie pack
1 cup frozen berries
1/4 cup liquid
1 medium banana, 1/4 set aside for garnish
1 tablespoon cacao powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
a handful of coconut flakes and goji berries

Blend the acai, berries, liquid, 3/4 of the banana, and the cacao and cinnamon in your blender until smooth and creamy. Transfer to a bowl and garnish with banana wedges, coconut flakes, goji berries, and an extra sprinkle of cinnamon.

MANGO SWIRL

1 frozen acai smoothie pack
1 cup frozen berries
1 banana
1 mango, 1/2 set aside for garnish
coconut yogurt, for garnish
an extra handful of frozen berries, for garnish

Blend the acai, frozen berries, banana, and half of the mango until smooth and creamy. Transfer to a bowl and swirl some coconut yogurt in it. Garnish with the other 1/2 of the mango, and the extra frozen berries.

THE CLASSIC

1 frozen acai smoothie pack
1 cup frozen berries
1/4 cup liquid
1 medium banana, 1/4 set aside for garnish
1/2 cup – 1 cup fresh berries

Blend the acai pack, frozen berries, 3/4 of the banana and the liquid until smooth. Serve with fresh fruit and extra banana slices on top.

GLOW BOWL

1 frozen acai smoothie pack
1 cup frozen berries
1/4 cup liquid
1/2 medium avocado, one wedge set aside for garnish
1 peach, a few wedges set aside for garnish
a handful of fresh blueberries
a sprinkle of hemp seeds

Blend the acai pack, frozen berries, liquid, avocado and peach in the blender until smooth and creamy. Transfer to a bowl and garnish with the wedges, and a handful of fresh blueberries and hemp seeds.
